Our Policies

Policies

  • Please give the food order at least 4 hours before.
  • Room services are not available.
  • ₹500 per extra mattress.
  • Liquors are strictly prohibited.
  • Charges will be added for extra services or food.
  • No power backups.
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry a 10% retention charge of the total booking amount.
  • Booking cancelled within 7-3 days of arrival date will attract a 25% retention charge.
  • Booking cancelled within 3-2 days of arrival will attract a 50% retention charge.
  • Booking cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date will carry a 100% retention charge.
  • No show will carry a 100% retention charge.
